Ingredients:
- Batter
- 1/4 lb flour
- 1 egg
- coconut milk
- salt
Method :
Step 1 - Mix to a thin batter and leave for few minutes.
Step 2 - Patter curry or any other filling desired.
Step 3 - Make pan cakes very thin and cook only one side.
Step 4 - Immediately when it is taken down put in filling and roll up as demonstrated.
Step 5 - When all the rolls are done, coat with egg and roll in biscuit powder. fry to a golden brown colour.
