Ingredients:
- 2 ozs. gelatine
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 lb. jaggery
- 25 cadju nuts finely chopped
Method :
Step 1 - Put gelatine into a cup of hot water and leave it for about half-hour. Then break the jaggery into pieces and put into a pan. Add coconut milk and heat moderately until the jaggery is dissolved.
Step 2 - Thereafter remove from the fire and leave it to cool down. Then put the gelatine and vanilla and place in the fridge. When set place and sliced cadjunuts on top.
