Ingredients:
- 4 cups white flour
- 3-4 large Boiled potatoes
- 2 large onions finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tspBaking powder
- Warm water
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder (suduru kudu)
- finely chopped coriander leaves
- chillie powder as desired
- Oil
Method:
Step 1 - Fry onions in little oil, When slightly brown add cumin powder, chilli powder and smashed potatoes and mix. then add the coriander leaves and set aside.
Step 2 - Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and the potato mixture well. If required add a little warm water to get a soft dough. Make into balls and flatten it out and bake like a roti.
Step 3 - You may add a few drops of oil to the pan if required. Eat with chicken/beef curry or can even be eated plain.
