Arabic Lamb Buryahani

Ingredients:

  • 1kg lamb
  • 4-tea cups rice
  • 2-large tomatoes
  • 3-onions
  • 5-cloves garlic
  • 3-red peppers
  • salt/pepper
  • tomato paste
  • 1-spoon curry powder
  • half cup corn oil

Method:
    Step 1 -
Add little oil and first brown the lamb in a pan
    Step 2 -Add lamb cubes to it and then add the rice and stir, add water one inch above the rice and mix tomato paste and salt, pepper & curry powder
    Step 3 -Cook until water is dry and the rice is soft. Serve with chutney.
