Ingredients:
- 1kg lamb
- 4-tea cups rice
- 2-large tomatoes
- 3-onions
- 5-cloves garlic
- 3-red peppers
- salt/pepper
- tomato paste
- 1-spoon curry powder
- half cup corn oil
Method:
Step 1 -Add little oil and first brown the lamb in a pan
Step 2 -Add lamb cubes to it and then add the rice and stir, add water one inch above the rice and mix tomato paste and salt, pepper & curry powder
Step 3 -Cook until water is dry and the rice is soft. Serve with chutney.
