Ingredients:
- 1Kg. skinned and defatted chicken parts
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1teasp. pepper
- small stick of lemon grass, chopped into 1 centimetre pieces
- salt to taste
Method:
Step 1 - Mix th soy sauce, honey, pepper, garlic,salt and brush over the chicken. Leave in the fridge for two hours, tastier if could be kept over night.
Step 2 - Then, lay the pieces of chicken in an oven proof dish, place the lemon grass over, and grill under a hot grill until the honey coating turns golden brown.
Step 3 - Check whether the meat is done, by sticking a skewer into the meat. The juice coming out should be clear.
Step 4 - Turn the pieces, and grill again. Once the meat is done, combine the dressing and mix in, grill for another ten minutes.
