SUMMARY :
Kaledo is one dish of Palu made from cow bone existing bone marrow and meat tetelan. Fry dish with spicy sour taste is taste better with a squeeze of lime juice.
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 pieces of cow leg bones are still no meat
 - 400 grams of meat soup
 - 3,000 ml of water
 - 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
 - 3 cm ginger, crushed
 - 2 bay leaves
 - 8 pieces of green chili, mashed
 - 7 unripe tamarind fruit
 - 2 tablespoons salt
 - ½ teaspoon ground pepper
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 2 limes
 - 2 tablespoons fried onions
 
DIRECTION :
- Boil water, cow bones, meat, lemongrass, ginger, and bay leaves until berkaldu and tender.
 - Enter chili, tamarind, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until absorbed.
 - Serve kaledo together lemon juice and a sprinkling of fried onions.
