Ingredients:
- 500g Mushrooms (sliced & deep fried)
- 200g Onions (sliced & deep fried)
- 10-12 Curry Leaves (fried)
- 3-4 Green Chilies (Sliced & fried)
- 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp Chopped ginger
- 25 g Maldive Fish
- 2 tsps Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs Tomato Sauce
- 2 tsp Chili pieces
- Salt to taste
Direction:
Mix all ingredients and leave on low fire till sauce absorbs. Serve with hot with rice.
