SUMMARY :

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 whole chicken,
- 2,500 ml of water
- 5 grains clove
- 5 cm cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 15 red onions
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 cm ginger
DIRECTION :
- Boil chicken in water with cloves, and cinnamon until tender. Set aside.
- Heat the oil. Stir fry until fragrant spices. Pour into a chicken stew.
- Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until done.
- Remove the chicken. Suwir shredded.
- Serve chicken soup together complementary.
