Ingredients:
- 5 mangoes
- 1 tbs ghee
- 2 bombay onions
- 3 green chillies
- 1 rampe
- 1 sera
- 10 karapincha leaves
- 1/2 tsp saffron
- 1 oz garlic
- 1/2 oz ginger
- 1 tbs corriander powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbs kasa kasa
- 1 tsp maduru
- 2 tsp suduru
- salt to taste
Method: Fry the curry stuff in ghee. Then turn in the cut up mango pieces. Pour one cup of water into the pan. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon powdered spices. Let the curryboil slowly. When it is thick,it is ready for use.
